Startisans is a new indoor food market for 2015, set in the heart of Covent Garden. Startisans is all about providing a space for the fresh talent of the artisan world. It’s brought to us by two of London’s greatest food market operators Partridges and Sheperds Markets. Start-ups in the food industry can launch and showcase their tasty wonders and get a real feel for what market trading is all about. The market provides an excellent platform to test and refine their products.
Customers interact with the artisans and learn about the products their buying. It promises to serve up breakfast, lunch and dinner, so it doesn’t matter what time of the day you visit. Obviously things get busy around lunchtime.
Startisans is open from 8am-3pm Mon-Fri.
