Lantern Parade and Chrismas Lights On – Wednesday – 21st November

Join in the annual children’s Lantern Parade and the Lights On countdown.
The Christmas festivities in Greenwich begin with the local school children’s handmade lantern procession and the switching on of the Christmas lights in Greenwich Market from 4pm.

Christmas Late Market – Wednesdays 5th, 12th and 19th December.

The only place to shop this winter at Greenwich Market. Give your loved ones authentic and handcrafted gifts they will really like. Everything from handstitched bags, personalised jewellery and leather accessories to sketches, paintings, ceramics and glasswear gifts. More time to shop – open till 8pm!

Visit Father Christmas in his Grotto

Father Christmas is returning to his grotto at Greenwich Market on 21st November for our Christmas Lights On event. All proceeds go to Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice. Every weekend in December: 1st & 2nd, 8th & 9th, 15th & 16th, 22nd & 23rd.  Also open Thursday 20th, Friday 21st and Christmas Eve!
