Partridges Market A superb market in the heart of Chelsea

This beautiful Saturday market was started in 2005 by the people who run Partridges. Set in the Duke of York Square it encompasses the best of what markets bring; a variety of produce, dishes and treats.

You will find over 50 stalls bringing an array of authentic global cuisine as well as traditional local dishes, for example London Life Style award winners Fins and Trotters bringing you the best Fish and Chips London has to offer. Seriously Italian bring fresh pasta using English Heritage grain; eccellente food without the hassle of having to travel to Italy! Travelling further afield within the packed market it certainly feels like Marrakesh with the dishes of Nana Moroccan serving a treat! From American Cheese steak to hand made sushi, to pancakes to duck confit to Chinese dumplings, Peruvian and Jamaican – the list is endless!

Produce stalls include La Ferme, with their cheeses from Normandy and the Alps, their charcuterie from Auvergne. Depending on the season you will also find a selection of vegetables harvested from different farms all  over France. For the adventurous there are also Oysters to try!

It can make for a grand day – enjoyed by everyone and after all that exploring a refreshing beverage will definitely be on the cards from the Partridges juice and Pimms stall or sorrel cordial from Woodford & Warner. Or if all you want to do is relax and unwind why not visit the Partridges Cafe; treat yourself to something from their Chelsea Flower range!

You can visit their website here. They are also on twitter!
