Jessica Durden

Jessica Durden is an  illustrator with a range of art prints, cards and notebooks etc.

I will soon be progressing to some more hand crafted fabric headbands and accessories.

My love for detail, illustration and drawing feed a strange hybrid between reality and the fantastical. Music, cinema, animals, natural elements, occultism, street culture and fashion all shaken up and blended up in my imagination and channelled through my left hand using pencils, fine liners and water-colours predominately.

These pieces are painstakingly made in order for me to continuously expand my visual language. Through the creative process of self-exploration, my drawing is a way of capturing my abstract thoughts and making sense of the world, both imagined and real.
