Jane Clucas Vintage Fabric Vintage Pinny Purse Heaven

I have been obsessed with vintage fabric for as long as I can remember.  And this was put to good use after the birth of my son (he’s now 22!). I made him little shirts from 1950s curtains – and eventually developed it into a children’s range which I sold to, amongst others, Paul Smith, Cath Kidston and The Conran Shop.

My obsession honed in on vintage aprons and I now make little purses and make-up bags with tiny descriptive labels (e.g. Painkiller Purse, A Bit Of Slap, Lunch Money, My Receipts etc).

I have sold one collection of the purses to Paul Smith – and I have an Etsy shop.
