Genski art

Genski art is the name I use as an up and coming artist based in South London. I absolutely love creating art and hope that the viewer enjoys the end results of what I do.

Self taught with no one particular style, I take inspiration from life events, social situations, observations, fashion, the street and much more. Never sticking to just one medium or technique I try to convey a sense of understanding of my world and the world around us all with as much integrity as possible. Sometimes a mood good or bad even can produce an inspired piece of art. I especially love drawing and painting ‘people’ and have a big interest in fashion illustration also.

Usually when creating a work I have no set plan or outline it’s all very organic and inspired by a thought, photography, life event etc. Recently I have found my works incorporate a lot of collage which I love and plan to develop further. Within the process of creating I am still very much learning my craft and feel that this is a very special gift that I have been given and hope to one day make this my full time professional career.
